Combine wholemeal and sourdough, learn how to best score your bread and how to make them not only pretty but also tasty! Learn our kneading folding and kneading techniques, as well as our shaping tricks to make, loaves or round sourgoughs!

You will be greeted by the host and offered a glass of bubbles. After an introductary chat, you’ll have a short induction to our state-of the art kitchen. Everyone will be split into groups of two, and be given specific tasks for the night, while our experienced pastry chefs will be demonstaring and taking you through every step of the way.

Once the fun is done, it gets even better as you’ll be able to take your warm breads home with you!

This class is 3 hours and will be held on Tuesdays. Due to covid restrictions our events have a max capacity of 6 people, which is why we highly encourage to come with those from your household. If the class fails to book the min of 6 people for the day, you will be either be refunded or asked to come an alternative date.
